低谷来临,如何才能够更快的走出来?

人在低谷,会让我们感觉到非常的难熬。

People in the valley will make us feel very difficult.

甚至会让我们感觉熬不下去。

It even makes us feel unbearable.

其实,无论多难,只要我们没有自我放弃,那迟早会迎来光明的。

In fact, no matter how difficult it is, as long as we don’t give up ourselves, we will have a bright future sooner or later.

当我们做好以下这几点,必然是能够熬出来的,而且接下来会越来越顺。

When we do well in the following points, we must be able to work out, and it will become more and more smooth.

1、停止忧虑。

1. Stop worrying.

要明白,这个时候忧虑太多是没有用的。

It is useless to worry too much at this time.

我们要做的,就是专注当下,不要去想太久远的事情。

这个时候的我们,最是脆弱,想得太远,只会越来越焦虑。

所以,我们应该停止去想太多,把更多的时间和精力去做好手头的事情。

一定要相信船头桥头自然直,车到山前必有路。

2、专注一个方向。

寻找一个自己喜欢的领域,然后全身心的投入去学习和钻研,努力提升自己。

不要去学太多的领域。

Don’t learn too many fields.

只专注一个就足够了。

专注在一点,全身心的投入,效果才越来越明显,才会让我们更快的恢复信心。
