人在低谷,做好这几点,迟早能熬出来

人在低谷,如果能够做好以下这几点,迟早能够熬出来。

People are at a low ebb. If we can do the following well, we can work out sooner or later.

一旦熬了过来,接下来就会越来越顺。

Once you get through it, it will become more and more smooth.

1、反省自我。

1. Reflect on yourself.

当遇到一个困境,往往都有其根源。

When encountering a dilemma, it often has its root cause.

而且其源头,往往就在自己的身上。

And its source is often in itself.

我们只有不断的自我反省,我们才能够更好的寻找到出现问题的根源。

Only by continuous self-inspection can we better find the root cause of the problem.

找到了根源,其实已经等于解决了问题的一半。

Finding the root cause is actually half the problem.

2、对人生重新做规划。

2. Plan your life again.

当我们遇到很多的困境,甚至感觉熬不出去。

When we encounter a lot of difficulties, we even feel unable to survive.

那很可能是因为我们以前走的路错了。

That’s probably because we went the wrong way.

我们走了不合适自己的路,所以会频频的摔跟头。

We have taken a road that is not suitable for us, so we often fall over.

接下来,我们只有积极的认识自我,重新规划前路,让接下来的路更合适我们自己,我们才能够有机会脱颖而出。

Next, we can only have a chance to stand out if we have a positive understanding of ourselves, re-planning the way ahead, and making the next path more suitable for ourselves.

别人的路再好,那也只是合适他们自己的。

No matter how good the way of others is, it is only suitable for them.

我们去模仿他们,很可能适得其反。

If we imitate them, it may backfire.

只有我们寻找到了合适我们的路,接下来才会越来越轻松,也越来越好运。

Only when we find the right way for us will we become more and more relaxed and lucky.
